What data we process
Only what you voluntarily provide in the form: name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message. We use no cookies, analytics or profiling.
Processors
Your message is delivered through Resend (transactional email provider, European Union region) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both act as processors and handle the data solely to provide that service. No copy is kept in a database of our own.
Why we use it
Solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a commercial proposal. It is not used for advertising nor shared with third parties.
Legal basis
Your consent in contacting us, and the legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to the company.
Retention
We keep correspondence for the duration of the relationship and any legally required periods. It is deleted afterwards.
Your rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights by writing to pablo@hiumsolutions.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
